How Old Do You Have To Be To Work At Abercrombie Kids?

Hi I

Is there any place to ship something to Ups and pick it up there?

Instead of getting it delivered to your home.
Cause I want to pick it up at the store instead.

Sure. There are

Is it really neccessary to dress professional at an interview?

I heard from this one hiring manager that he skipped over a lot of people whom dressed too professional at interviews and even hired people whom came in wearing tshirts, jeans, and even sweatpants.

Where you are applying, and the type of dress normally worn dictates the interview dress code.

You wouldn

If you owe back-taxes to the government, is there any way to get out of it or get it reduced?

By accident, my in-laws forgot to claim $24,000 of pension income on their 2007 taxes. The government is now coming after them for $7,700 in back-taxes!! This includes a $1,200 penalty and $500 of interest. My in-laws admit they made an honest mistake. My mother-in-law came down with Lung Cancer during early 2008 when she filed their taxes and her illness probably contributed to this mistake.
They do not have close to $7,700 to pay this bill and my mother-in-laws

Can he gat in trouble for this by the ssi place?

MY feonce worked all last summer for a guy roofing. got paid cash under the table. so we didnt tell the ssi place or the food stamp place. he had few jobs this summer with same guy paid same way, next thing he knows today he had fill out paper for taxs, ok so this means he will have to pay taxs on what he made. he is on ssi and on foodstamps, how will this effect his stuff? will he lose his check and food stamps and will he have pay the taxs to the irs, or did his boss do wrong and should of held the taxs from him?

Yuck – what a mess. Your fiance getting paid cash under the table was wrong. The boss should have reported it to the IRS and withheld taxes, and your fiance should have reported his earnings to SSI.

Whether or not this affects his SSI and his food stamps will depend on how much he earns. What he should do (today, or Monday, and not a day later) is to call his social worker who approved his food stamps and let the worker know he is hoping to get a job roofing, and how much can he earn and still keep his food stamps.

As far as SSI goes, it depends on why he is on SSI. If he is on it due to a disability, I believe he can earn about $600 a month and not lose his benefits, but he needs to check the social security website (www.ssa.gov) to see the rules, or call up their 800# and tell a worker there he is considering going to work and can he do so and still collect his SSI.

Both the boss and your fiance were wrong on this one. If you are lucky, he only earned a small amount before now, so he

Please describe in detail all applicable work experience?

I always thought you were supposed to put ALL your work experience down not just the ones that apply to the one your application is for.
If they say ONLY list all applicable jobs why do they ask if they can contact your current employer, what if your current employer isnt applicable to the job??

Post a question about jobs, your going to get adds:)

This is where your going to have to try to see what they want. Applicable job experience must mean you are applying for a certain field. Your past experience shows that you are able to perform in this field, your current employer shows that even outside of the field you are a productive member of society.

No one wants a list of all the places you worked since 16, try to find a balance of related jobs with just enough non-related to fill long unemployment gaps.

How much do you think this ER bill will cost? (no insurance)?

Went there for chest pain and shortness of breath. Was there for an hour, they took some kind of test for the heartbeat. Then did x-rays, had me laid down in bed with ivy and everything waiting for the test results. An hour later they told me that it

How many business days is two weeks notice?

I can tell you from experience it`s 10 – 14. If you have a good relationship with your superior that can be worked out if you need to give less time. It`s your courtesy to give them any notice, however if you leave on a bad note your file can be marked as not re-hire-able.
Again it all comes down to your relationship with your boss. I have had to give a job a 6 day notice and they were cool. They offered to give me my job back if it didn`t work out. In some situations if you have been written up for absences, tardies or other that automatically makes you not re-hire-able.

Good Luck!!!

I have worked at many levels from front desk girl, to office manager and sometimes it`s about what terms you left on or if you burned any bridges.

ten. Mon.-Fri. are the days people usually do business, so two weeks of five would be ten.

ten not counting national holidays that may fall in those 10 days any holidays and it will be longer.

Two weeks notice is two calendar weeks, or (usually) ten business days.

Tomorrow is September 11, your last day of work would be September 25.

Usually 10 days..
