I really would like to add a freshwater plant to my 10 gallon tank. I am going to get a Plant on Driftwood from PETCO. Does it add alot of more work to my tank. Will I need to clean it more often, algae?!?! Please I need answers withen the next 1/2 hour. Thanks in advanced.

I saw it in a book and wondered if you use food coloring or some ingredient when cooking the rice. Also does it have to be cooked in a special way or if using a microwave rice cooker will hinder the results.
Some of the colors I saw were: pink, yellow, green, blue, and orange
no artificial or food color is needed.
yellow, you can use curry or turmeric ( a asian root, main ingredient in curry)
green, use parsley juice,
parsley and turmeric will give orange
pink, a few drops of beet juice
and finally blue, squeeze out a few blue berries, but because they are mainly pulp you have to add a little bit water
